Yes, it’s still slightly posed or somewhat led by the photographer – but overall it’s so much more fun than a regular session. Even my Dads enjoy themselves and they often comment on how easy of a session it was. I still do a couple of more “posed” shots, but primarily I’m looking to photograph the fun moments, the more natural interaction between family members. We have tickling, hugging and playing. My style is most closely considered lifestyle portraiture. While I do a few formal poses at each session, I much prefer to let your children be themselves and encourage playing, tickling, hugging and include the parents in that as well! It always makes for fun, relaxed sessions and happy children and parents!
I offer a carefully curated line of fine art heirloom products including fine art prints, wall art/canvases and luxury heirloom albums as well as beautifully printed birth announcements/holiday cards. I believe in both tangible heirlooms in your hand and home as well as digital negatives for safekeeping. Session pricing starts at $500+.
