2020 was a rough year for many of us, but it was still a great year for wedding photography in my business. Being an Orange County Wedding Photographer is a really meaningful job for me. So many of my clients still came out despite what was going on in the world in 2020.
I know as a business owner and future-bride, many of us may have felt like this throughout the course of 2020…
But we did it! We played ridiculous games with family on Zoom, we changed our entire wardrobe to ‘athleisure’, and ate entirely too much take out – ALL the quarantine things! We did copious amounts of wedding date postponements, hopped on the micro wedding trend, and even rescued a dog from Mutt Scouts. Yes, this year was hard for everyone. But that doesn’t mean this time in our lives was any less worthy of documenting. In fact, maybe it was even more important of a time to document our monumental moments, in a way to say – we did it! We’re here! We’re doing the best dang job that we can.
I love doing this type of recap post every year because it is a walk down memory lane for me and my business. I get to see all the wonderful brides and grooms I worked with again and really appreciate all the good this crazy year has brought me.

And last, but not least, an intimate wedding ceremony in Hawaii. They found my photography page on Facebook! We met at Makapu’u Lookout to capture the sunrise.
Thanks for looking over this post. If you spot yourself in these photos, I can’t thank you enough for trusting me with your memories! Especially in a year such as 2020! Thank you to all my amazing wedding couples – you truly made my year!
